Cancellation of Order: You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped or within 4 hrs of the order placed, whichever is earlier. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled after 4 hrs of order placement and once the item has been shipped (whichever is earlier).

Returns and Refunds: All products purchased on BestSource Nutrition Pvt. Ltd falls under the non-returnable policy.

Return Time Frame Damaged/Defective Item:

Damaged/Defective Item: 3 Days from delivery: Damaged/ Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories. The 3 day time-frame listed above is for customers to contact us and request for a refund on their order.

REFUND (Only in case of Damaged/Defective Item): When you return an item, refunds are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, except for Cash on Delivery.

*This is the time your bank typically takes to credit the refund to your account/ card. In case of paper cheques, it's the time the courier service typically takes to deliver the cheque to you.

Refund to Bank Account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)

For orders placed using Cash on Delivery as the payment method, refunds can be processed to your bank account via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT). You can update the details of the bank account where you wish to receive the refund in Your Account section or to care@bestsourcenutrition.com or to our WhatsApp number mentioned on the website when you are returning an item. You will need to update the bank account number, IFSC code and bank address to enable us to process a refund to your account. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts, i.e. the name on your BestSource account should match with the name of the bank account holder. NEFT refunds will typically be processed in two business days from our end and will be credited to your account in one to two business days.

Paper cheque clearing

All cheques refunds will be in form of "at par" State Bank of India cheques.

Expired payment method

If the original payment method you used to make the payment (credit/ debit card) is no longer valid, we'll issue the refund through an "at par" State Bank of India cheque. When we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, we will send you an e-mail asking you to contact us via email/call. When you contact us back, we will collect your name and the address where you want the cheque to be sent, and proceed with the refund.

Late Refunds

You can check the status of your refund in Your Account on the order's summary page. If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, contact us for further assistance.

Communications: During the course of use of this website and during fulfillment of the orders, BestSource will make attempt to communicate with the User using Phone and Email or WhatsApp information as provided by the User. It is entirely User’s responsibility to make sure this information is correctly entered on the website and he has a valid email account capable of receiving emails.
